Since 2002, numerous insolvency courts have appointed lawyer Ulrich Hassinger as an insolvency administrator, and as such he has gained extensive experience with companies in crisis situations. His field of expertise is the restructuring of companies. Moreover, he also represents private persons and entrepeneurs in matters regarding the settlement of debts.

Thanks to many years of experience in commercial law issues, he has extensive knowledge in the legal fields important for companies, such as labour law, corporate law, tax law, construction law and contract law. He regards himself as an advisor for smaller and medium-sized enterprises.

Lawyer Ulrich Hassinger is a member in the “Deutschen Anwaltverein e.V.”, the working group “InsO Rhein-Main” as well as the “Deutsche Anwalts- und Steuerberatungsvereinigung für die mittelständische Wirtschaft”. He joined our legal practice on 01.01.2010.
